Who we are?

flynne is the first fully automated recruiting tool with digital talent matching developed by Brandmonks

Brandmonks is a pan-European management consultancy based in Mainz, Germany, and specialised in digital recruiting, change and people management. The core team members are recruiting consultants, IT/software developer, data scientists and marketing experts who provide consulting services to well-known companies in their activities.


Why we do what we do

The vision in the founding of Brandmonks and the development of flynne is strongly based on the experiences and events of the company's founders, which they had experienced at different times, in different places and under different conditions in the recent past. Shaped by the socio-cultural environment, real evaluation and judgement of people and social systems, the view and weighting of careers in general and professional success for people with fewer opportunities become anchored. We firmly believe that neither nationality, age, gender, corporate experience, nor failures, unsuccessful attempts to forge one's own path or a flawless CV should be a knock-out criterion.
