flynne delivers into the systems you operate: your calendar, your video conferencing, your applicant tracking system. You remain the controller for those; they are not sub-processors of flynne, and our commitment to running the platform in the EU is unaffected by them. Where a channel runs through a provider outside the EU, WhatsApp or SMS for example, we set it up only at your request and through your own account. The services flynne itself uses are named in the annex to the data processing agreement.
