How an assessment runs with flynne.
flynne accompanies a selection procedure through five steps. Each step has its own people, its own deadlines and its own way of going wrong. Here is what happens in each step and what you see while it does.
Step 01 · Registration
The candidate arrives from your applicant tracking system.
- Once an application reaches assessment status, flynne takes over the candidate, the date and the procedure assignment automatically. Nobody retypes anything.
- Your applicant tracking system stays the system of record. flynne reports status and date back, with released results and documents on request.
- The raw diagnostic data stays in flynne and never goes back to the ATS.

Step 02 · Planning
Every procedure gets the psychologists it needs.
- An assessment is staffed with psychologists and observers. Which qualification that takes depends on the procedure type — and in most companies the coordinator knows it by heart. That works as long as she is there.
- flynne reverses the order. The required qualifications and the supervision ratio are recorded per procedure type and checked on every single assignment, not documented afterwards. Anyone who does not meet the requirement never reaches the shortlist.
- The role is not tied to a profession: where you work with trained managers or specialist observers, it is set up accordingly. Everyone maintains their own times in their own portal, and you schedule against today’s position.
Friday afternoon, the coordinator is on holiday. Her stand-in does not see a list of names and phone numbers, but the four psychologists who are allowed to staff this procedure and are free that day. She needs no special knowledge, and if someone later asks why this staffing was permissible, the answer is already in the audit trail.

Step 03 · Running the day
You keep the overview, from the first slot to the last.
- Candidates book their own slot by access link, without an account. Rebooking works with the same link, so a cancellation does not arrive the morning after.
- The day overview shows what is coming: dates, open tasks, new candidates. The disruption list beside it is sorted by severity, not by arrival. You work through it by risk, not in order.
- What gets caught: double bookings, drop-outs, supervision ratios falling short and missing confirmations — at the moment they arise, not on the day of the procedure.
6.48 a.m., a psychologist calls in sick. Two procedures that day, fourteen candidates, six of them travelling more than a hundred kilometres. flynne checks who is qualified for this procedure type, free today and not already double-booked, and shows the remaining people with what each would mean for the schedule. A person decides, and nothing goes out until someone has read it.

Step 04 · Results
The documentation is done when the day is.
- Result sheets have deadlines. flynne shows which ones are open and reminds the people responsible before the deadline bites.
- Every step is in the audit trail: who decided what and when, with a timestamp and a name.
- Released results go back to the applicant tracking system, to the extent you have agreed.

Step 05 · Billing and reporting
What the day cost is settled by the evening.
- You are billed for actual participation. Booked candidates who do not show up incur no attendance fee.
- Across several legal entities flynne allocates internally, separated by site and by entity.
- Utilisation, waiting times, no-show rates: the figures come out of operations, not out of an export.

What flynne is not.
Not an applicant tracking system
flynne does not replace your ATS and does not want to. It starts behind the application, where the ATS stops.
Not a test provider
flynne supplies no test instruments of its own and assesses none. You choose the instruments and the providers.
No AI that judges people
Lynn plans, reminds and detects conflicts. A qualified professional always decides on a person’s suitability.
Eight modules, one system
The five steps above run across eight modules. If you want the detail, each one has its own page.
