The integration is built and tested. It is configured during the rollout project, with your fields and your status values.
The operating system for assessments, built into BeeSite.
Extend BeeSite with the complete assessment operation, from the automatic candidate import to reporting the result back.
BeeSite gets you to the start line. flynne gets you to the finish.
Your ATS knows your candidates, but neither your psychologists nor your rooms, deadlines or disruptions. flynne takes over exactly where the assessment day begins.
Who does what
How the work is split between BeeSite and flynne, in four steps.
- 1
BeeSite
Application and pre-selection
Job postings, incoming applications, screening and pre-selection stay entirely in BeeSite. flynne changes nothing about that.
- 2
flynne
Handover to the assessment
Once a candidate reaches the assessment status, flynne takes the data over from BeeSite automatically, with no double entry.
- 3
flynne
Running the procedure
Scheduling, psychologist assignment, rooms, documents, reminders, disruptions and billing: the whole operation.
- 4
BeeSite
Status back in the ATS
Result status and appointment data flow back into BeeSite automatically. The diagnostic raw data stays in flynne.
Two steps stay with BeeSite, two are taken over by flynne. Nothing is kept twice.
The complete assessment operation
More efficiency, a shorter time-to-assessment.
- Single-day and multi-day procedures, group and individual appointments
- Self-booking for candidates by access link
- Psychologist and assessor scheduling with a qualification check
- Automatic reminder chains by email and calendar
- Disruptions: spotting disruptions before the assessment day goes wrong
A seamless integration
An automatic flow of data from BeeSite into the assessment operation: a pattern proven over years at volume.
- Two-way synchronisation: candidates out, status back
- Appointments and status go back; released results and documents as agreed
- Real-time updates in both systems
- Reporting your ATS does not have: waiting times, workload, rates

Support you can actually reach
Setting up, mapping the fields and running the interface are on us. Support in four languages, short paths, one team in Mainz, and not a ticket system as the only address.
Common questions
Do we have to change or replace BeeSite?
No. BeeSite stays the system of record for applications and pre-selection. flynne starts behind the pre-selection and hands the status back.
Which data is transferred?
Only what running the procedure requires: contact and master data, the assignment to a procedure, appointments and the result status. The released result sheet can be handed back as a PDF where you agree that. The diagnostic raw data — individual answers, observation sheets and test scores — stays in flynne.
Who maintains the interface?
We do. Setting it up, mapping the fields and running the interface are part of the implementation project and of ongoing support. Where it runs depends on your system landscape: with your own middleware the exchange goes through your integration environment; with a plain webhook connection flynne operates the connector.
What happens if the interface fails once?
flynne carries on and the procedures run independently. flynne catches up outstanding transfers automatically as soon as the system is reachable again; nobody has to trigger them. If it stays down, the error shows up in operations.
Is this suitable for high case numbers?
Yes, that is what it is built for. Series planning, slot patterns and group logic are designed for assessment days with many participants.
