For psychologists & expert reviewers

You want to assess, not to schedule.

Maintain your own availability, receive only the requests that fit, get the documents in time and keep an eye on deadlines.

flynne at work: Psychologists & expert reviewers

Availability in self-service

You maintain your own times: no email traffic, no out-of-date list.

Only requests that fit

The qualification matrix filters in advance: you are only asked about procedures that suit you.

Documents in good time

Documents appear at the agreed moment, not later and not too early.

Deadlines in view

Result sheets and reports with clear due dates, without a list of your own.

Your expertise is in demand; your calendar upkeep is not

Reporting availability by email, receiving requests for procedures you are not qualified for, getting documents only the day before and keeping result sheet deadlines in your head: all of it costs time that the assessment work then lacks.

Your calendar stays yours

In the psychologist portal you record when you are available. You can accept or decline requests. Scheduling always works from your current state, so there are no clarifying phone calls.

  • Your own portal, your own times
  • Requests individually or to a whole group
  • Double bookings between the assignments recorded in flynne are ruled out

What you need is ready

Participant lists, procedure documents and result templates hang off the event. Visibility periods make sure sensitive data only becomes accessible when you need it.

  • Documents on the procedure, not in a mailbox
  • Time-controlled visibility
  • Access logged in an audit-proof way

Diagnostic authority stays with you

flynne supplies no tests of its own and judges nobody. The platform organises the procedure and connects your test providers; the assessment is yours.

  • mapTQ is the standard, further test providers can be connected
  • No AI that judges people
  • Standardisation in the sense of DIN 33430

Common questions

Do I have to maintain my times twice?

Once, in the portal. flynne does not read your Outlook or Google calendar, so what sits there stays your own business. Appointments from flynne also arrive as calendar invitations.

Will I get requests for procedures I do not cover?

No. Through the qualification matrix you only appear as an option for procedures you are qualified for.

When do I see candidate data?

At the moment your organisation sets, typically a few days before the procedure. After that the deletion periods apply.

Does the AI rate candidates?

No, and that is a matter of principle: Lynn plans, warns and drafts. People do the judging.

How are result sheet deadlines tracked?

flynne monitors them automatically and reports anything overdue: to you and to the coordination team.
