flynne is developed and operated in Mainz, in beautiful Rhineland-Palatinate. You talk to the people who build the system, not to a hotline. And what you can rely on is set out in writing.
Your data is yours
You can request a full export at any time, in open, machine-readable formats. At the end we delete it and confirm that in writing.
Nothing renews itself
The pilot ends after 90 days on its own. A contract only comes about if you sign one.
Audited operation
Brandmonks GmbH, as the operator, is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022, register no. 260508 8 IMS. Operation runs in Germany, exclusively within the EU.
A German contracting party
Contracts under German law, data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. You receive the template before signing.

We talk once a week: you see what we are working on, and we see what is currently sticking in your procedure.

What does it cost?
The pilot has a one-off fixed price. We name it in the conversation, together with the scope. If you then decide on flynne, the amount is credited in full against the software and the setup.
What happens after 90 days if we do not continue?
The pilot ends on its own. You receive your data, we delete it and confirm that in writing. There is no renewal and no notice period.
Who sees our data?
Only the roles you release it to. Psychologists see candidate documents three days before the date, observers five days before. This can be set to your own rules.
Do we need the works council?
That is for your organisation to decide. We supply the documents for it, so the question does not stall on missing paperwork.
How long does the rollout take?
In the pilot we set up flynne for your assessment in the first week and import your Excel lists. If you then decide on flynne, the standard rollout takes 2 to 4 weeks to go-live.
Do we have to run a tender?
That depends on your organisation and its thresholds. We state the price up front so procurement can place it.
