Who runs your procedures?
Your own team, a consulting partner or a freelance psychologist. flynne does not run procedures: we provide the platform and connect your test provider. The partners' fees are not part of the price.

Participations per year
The base figure. What counts is who turns up, not who was invited: no participation fee is charged for no-shows. Create as many users as you need.
Who runs the procedures
The platform costs the same whoever runs your procedures: your team, a consulting partner or a freelance psychologist. Their fees are not part of the price.
Sites and entities
Several sites, tenants or languages raise the coordination effort and with it the setup.
Your system landscape
Connecting your applicant tracking system is included. Effort only arises where a middleware or a bespoke interface sits in between.
Introduction
One-off: setting up procedures, roles and training. Two to four weeks, depending on scope.
Contract term
At least six months; unless agreed otherwise, twelve months from activation, extended by twelve months at a time, with three months notice to the end of the term.
The same number of participations means a different amount of work at two different organisations. So we calculate your price on your procedures, and name it in the conversation itself, rather than afterwards.
