Our partners
Consulting partners
You bring the professional expertise and flynne the operating system; together we deliver selection procedures that run. From the individual expert to the HR consultancy.
For psychologist networks
Take on work from the flynne network: mid-sized companies without an assessment department of their own book qualified delivery directly through the platform.
For HR and assessment consultancies
Bring your clients not only the concept but the operating system with it, from the architecture of the procedure to day-to-day operations.
For implementation partners
Implementation, integration, training: grow with every flynne roll-out, with certification, joint project work and a fair model.
How the collaboration runs
From the first conversation to the first joint assessment day, with nothing to invest on spec.
First conversation
Which procedures do you run, for which clients, in which role? From that it follows whether you deliver procedures on behalf of clients, support them through implementation, or both. The conversation takes half an hour and costs nothing.
Access to a practice environment
You receive an area of your own with real workflows and invented candidates. There you see how a procedure is planned, staffed and documented, before you decide.
Getting up to speed
Two or three sessions about the roles in the system: what an assessor sees, what a head of assessment sees, what a candidate sees. Plus the documentation duties you fulfil during a procedure.
The first joint assessment day
We are there for it. Not as supervision, but because the first day in a new system always raises questions nobody asks beforehand.
What you bring
Professional qualification
Training that entitles you to judge: a psychology degree, certification to DIN 33430 or a comparable basis. We check it, because our customers check it.
Experience of delivery
Not only of design. The difference shows with the third candidate of a long day, when attention fades and the documentation still has to be right.
A willingness to document in the system
Judgements are recorded during the procedure, not in a word processor in the evening. That is a change of habit and for some the hardest part, but it is where the evidence hangs.
Availability you can plan with
Assessment days are planned weeks in advance. Anyone who can only commit at short notice fits badly into scheduling that brings twenty people together.
Common questions
Do I see data from other customers?
No. The data of different customers is logically separated, and you see only the procedures you are scheduled for, not even that the others exist. That is not a setting but the basis on which our customers can work with external participants at all.
Who makes the suitability decision?
You do, when you run the procedure. flynne judges nobody; the platform organises, documents and keeps deadlines. The professional statement stays with the qualified person, which is also why the EU AI Act is no problem for us.
Will flynne bring me work?
Sometimes. Mid-sized companies without their own assessment function ask for delivery and we pass the enquiry on. It is not automatic and we promise no volume; anyone entering a partnership only for the prospect of work will be disappointed.
What does the partnership cost?
We settle that in conversation, because it depends on the form of collaboration. What we do not do is charge entry fees for certifications that only benefit us.
How long does it take to get up to speed?
For the role of assessor in a procedure: one session. Anyone who plans procedures themselves and supports clients needs two or three. The practice environment stays open afterwards.
