Planning & scheduling

An end to availability lists in Excel. The availability, qualifications and workload of your psychologists, in one calendar.

The Planning & scheduling screen in flynne

Who is available when, who is qualified for what, who is already fully booked? flynne answers the scheduling question at a glance, and only allows what fits together: the qualification matrix and the supervision ratios are kept automatically.

Psychologists maintain their own availability, and series and slots come out of templates.

Psychologists maintain their own availability

Instead of Excel lists and chains of phone calls, your psychologists record their times in their own portal. You schedule against a state that is current.

  • A portal of their own for each person
  • Availability requests individually or to a whole group
  • No chasing by phone, no version chaos

Only those who are qualified get scheduled

The qualification matrix has a say: anyone not qualified for a procedure does not even appear as an option.

  • Qualifications stored per type of procedure
  • Supervision ratios held per procedure type
  • Demonstrable for audits and tenders

Double bookings never arise in the first place

Real-time conflict checking blocks assignments that do not fit, across sites and procedures. And you always see the workload alongside.

  • Conflict checking across every event
  • A workload cockpit across all psychologists
  • Series and slots come out of templates

Common questions

Can psychologists maintain their own availability?

Yes, through a portal of their own. They record times, change them and can accept or decline requests directly.

What happens with a scheduling conflict?

The real-time check prevents the assignment before it happens, including conflicts across sites and procedures.

How are qualifications taken into account?

In the qualification matrix you store the qualifications needed per type of procedure. People who are not qualified never appear as an option. The role is not tied to a profession: where you work with trained managers or specialist observers rather than psychologists, we set it up accordingly.

Can series of appointments be planned?

Yes. Event type templates produce series with slot patterns, capacities and roles, multi-day and with role changes within a day.
