A selection system grown over more than 20 years is replaced by flynne, for over 30 group companies, integrated with the applicant tracking system and with internal cost allocation.

The group runs aptitude diagnostics at volume: from apprentice assessments through to leadership screening, at sites from Frankfurt to Zurich. flynne replaces the legacy system that grew over the years and orchestrates planning, delivery, disruption management and billing across the whole group.

In the multi-stage assessment of Join the #SAPFamily, SAP professionals apply once and are assessed once, thoroughly: online, on site with several partners and in conversation with psychologists. flynne brings all results together and makes them available to the roughly 20 partner companies, each only for their own area. Over 9,200 verified talents are in the pool.
