Requirements fixed per role
What the role has to be able to do is set before the procedure and applies to everyone.
Qualification of participants checked
flynne only allows assignments whose qualification matches the procedure type.
Documented, not remembered
Dates, exercises, assessors and results sit on the procedure rather than in inboxes.
Certificates run with a deadline
Expert knowledge and qualification as their own stages, dependent steps only once they are in.
Reportable by role and site
An inspection asks person by person. The answer is ready without searching through folders.
GMP, good manufacturing practice
The guideline requires personnel to be qualified for their tasks and that qualification to be documented. For selection that means the result is not the only thing that counts, the traceability of the path does too. flynne holds the type of procedure, the requirements, the participants and the results together, reportable per role and site.
German regulations on manufacturing medicinal products and active substances
They set out requirements for personnel and documentation in manufacture and testing. A selection procedure that exists only in calendars and mailboxes is no evidence in an inspection.
Specialist knowledge in the field force
Anyone informing healthcare professionals about medicinal products needs the specialist knowledge prescribed in the German medicinal products act. flynne carries the evidence as a stage of its own and only allows deployment once it exists.
Inspections and audits
Authorities and partners check person by person: who performed this task, with which qualification, since when. flynne supplies the evidence for the selection part of that question, without anyone searching through folders.
DIN 33430 and the EU AI Act
Anyone who knows GMP knows the principle: what is not documented did not happen. The standard applies it to aptitude assessment: documented procedures, qualified participants, traceable grounds. The EU AI Act adds the boundary for technology: the judgement stays with people, and the AI in flynne only organises.
Every role brings its own rules, its own participants and a bottleneck of its own.
Production under GMP
Documented qualification is a precondition for every activity in the clean room, and in an inspection it is checked person by person. The selection procedure is therefore part of the quality chain: what was not documented there is missing from the evidence later.
Quality control and quality assurance
What counts here is care over long periods and the willingness to stop a batch when the numbers do not add up. That is a matter of attitude and shows in case work, not in a CV.
Qualified person and batch release
For batch release the law prescribes qualification and experience. The circle of suitable people is small, the procedure correspondingly individual, and the suitability statement has to remain traceable years later.
Clinical development and trials
Project work with external partners, trial centres and authorities. What is needed is the ability to coordinate under regulatory conditions. The selection itself has to be documented, because the qualification of those involved is examined in audits.
Field force with specialist knowledge
For providing information about medicinal products the law prescribes particular specialist knowledge. It has to be evidenced before the first customer contact, so selection and evidence run interlocked.
It answers the selection part of the questions: which requirements applied to this role, who took part in the procedure, with which qualification, when it was checked, how it was decided. Reportable per role and site. The qualification itself remains your process.
Yes, as stages of the procedure with a status and a deadline. flynne warns before expiry and only allows dependent steps once the evidence exists. It is issued and checked by the responsible bodies.
Yes. Operations run exclusively in Germany, with a German contracting party and a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. Types of procedure and requirements can be configured per country while reporting stays global.
Exactly as it handles large ones. For a qualified person it is not about throughput but about traceability: one procedure, several participants, documented grounds. The effort then sits in the documentation, and that is the part flynne takes over.
