Instrument partners
You develop psychometric instruments, tests or assessment centre exercises; flynne brings them into structured use. You choose the instruments, flynne conducts.
A new sales channel
Your instruments reach customers at the moment of delivery, where the decision about which test to use is really taken. Especially among mid-sized companies, which flynne reaches through consulting partners.
Neutrality guaranteed
flynne rates no instrument and favours no publisher. You compete on quality; we provide a fair stage with a clean technical connection.
Delivered properly
Your instruments are used in structured, documented processes with qualified psychologists. That protects the quality of your test and your reputation.
How your instrument gets into the platform
Four steps; the second is the most demanding, and that is where the real decision lies.
A conversation about the instrument and its use
Which instruments, for which groups, in what setting? A test taken alone at a screen is connected differently from an exercise that takes place in a room and is observed.
Technical clarification
Two routes: results come back into flynne as a value, or flynne holds only the reference and the status while the results stay with you. For many publishers the second route is the only acceptable one, and it works.
Adding it to the catalogue
Your instrument is stored as a building block that customers can add to their types of procedure, with duration, prerequisites, the qualification required of whoever runs it, and the licence model.
First use
At one customer, with us alongside. Whatever comes up goes back into the description; usually it is small details in the scheduling that nobody had thought of.
What you bring
Documented test quality
Norms, quality criteria, target groups. Not because we judge whether your instrument is good, which is not for us to do, but because our customers are asked about it and have to evidence the answers.
A licence model that allows single uses
Assessment days have fluctuating participant numbers. A model that requires annual volumes up front fits a mid-sized company with forty procedures a year badly.
A professional contact
For questions about scoring and about borderline cases. Those questions come out of practice and we cannot answer them without distorting your instrument.
A clear statement about the raw data
What the platform may see, what it may not, what has to be deleted and when. Every data protection officer at our customers asks that question, and it has to be settled beforehand.
Common questions
Do our raw scores stay with us?
If that is what you want, yes. Then flynne holds only the reference and the status: instrument completed, result available, retrievable from you. For many publishers that is the condition, and it can be met.
Does flynne favour particular providers?
No, and that is a business reason rather than only a moral one: the moment we favour one instrument, we stop being a neutral place for everyone else. We rate no instrument and recommend none over another; the customer chooses, with their own professional judgement. For starting without a licence of your own there is a preconfigured standard set with mapTQ; we connect other providers just the same.
Who is responsible for interpreting the results?
The person who judges. flynne establishes no results and derives no suitability statement from any score. That also protects the quality of your instrument: one from which software draws automatic conclusions quickly loses its reputation.
How are licences billed?
Through the customer rather than through us. flynne counts the uses and makes them reportable so that your billing is right. The details we settle case by case, because every licence model is built differently.
Can customers mix our instruments with others?
Yes, and that is the rule: an assessment day usually consists of several building blocks from different sources. flynne keeps track of which block comes from whom, which qualification it requires and which licence it consumes.
