What applies to all three
Neutrality
flynne rates no instrument and favours no provider. The moment we did, we would stop being a neutral place for everyone else. That is a business reason, not only a moral one.
Data in the EU
Operated in Germany, a German contracting party, processing under Article 28 GDPR. That applies to every partnership, because it applies to every end customer.
No entry fees
No certification costs that only benefit us, no listing fee. Where money changes hands it is in the contract for the specific case, not in a price list for partnerships.
Tested first, listed afterwards
An integration appears in the overview only once it runs reliably. A connection that exists only on paper costs both sides trust.
We sell no tests. That is deliberate.
Anyone who conducts procedures and sells their own instruments at the same time has a conflict of interest. flynne stays neutral: you choose the instruments and the providers, and we organise the delivery.
